Hi @kelceyruby1 ,
Thank you for your post.
The option to print your label should be available on the order details and in the sale confirmation email. There should be both an option to print the label and an option for the QR code which you can show at the post office where they can scan and print the label for you.
Thank you,
Kat

What if you have neither a printer nor smartphone to show the QR code at the Post Office?

You will need to carry your computer to the post office to show them the QR code...

Other options would be if you have another device (camera, tablet ) that can take a picture of the code and bring that to the post office. Evri also offer the option to type in the code at their locations so you can set your postage preferences to Evri to get those labels.
They are working on bringing in a printerless collection option as part of a future enhancement to the service.
Thank you,
Kat

Thank you for the info.
All more time consuming & cumbersome than it was though. I used stamps. I'd package and label at home, drop off at the Post Office. Efficient for me, buyers were happy.
Along with other aspects of 'Special Delivery', this is why I'm no longer selling.
I also have hearing difficulties and rely heavily on lip-reading. Having to converse with Post Office staff is not easy for me. It's poorly-lit, the screen deflects sound, strong accents are very hard for me - that's why I preferred to do it all myself at home.
You only have to read the boards to see how many other disabled sellers you had who have now left or considering whether it's worth staying on.

I understand the frustration for your situation with the new postage service. We are taking all feedback and sharing the points you have raised here with the relevant teams within eBay. This helps with future improvements for the programme. I'm afraid there isn't a way around the fact that the service will require labels but they are working on a printerless collection option.
Thank you,
Kat

Why though the need to take the whole aspect of postage/posting out of seller control?
I have about £200 worth of RM stamps I can no longer use.

Sorry Kate but you mention “future improvements” …. What improvements have we had over the last 6/8 weeks ?
Rather than make new and very often ridiculous new rules, tell the relevant teams the obvious solution is to return to the previous of seller fees, seller do their own postage arrangements etc..
eBay are talking AT us, not with us.

Like you I also have hearing difficulties so when I take a parcel in to PO i just need to tell them how I want to send the parcel i.e first ,2nd class etc and they do the rest I roughly know in advance how much my parcel is going to cost like small parcel ,large letter ,medium parcel etc, so I know there won't be a nasty surprise for me .I also don't have a smart phone ,or a printer or a camera ,just my laptop and I don't want to be carrying a lap top around town where there are druggies hanging about on the streets and I don't want people in shops seeing me carrying a lap top around ,it is asking for trouble
