I need to get hold of a human (chatbot useless) to sort out a non delivery which Ebay has signed off as a delivery and therefore closed my dispute.

Sorry,  I have just seen you ask me this question.

If eBay have removed this seller you need to contact them to report your findings, and for them to open a case for item not as described....  Item Doesn't Match Description or Photos, or for them to directly refund you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

You are receiving a notification whenever someone posts on this thread.  They are not necessarily responding to you.   You can switch these notifications off.

The case was closed and it says It cant be appealed..  so I used the call back thing and ebay called back after 15 minutes.. I explained the situation to them and they reopened the case..  so I was told to wait three working days for the seller to respond. And if after that he doesn't, ebay will step in.. thanks so much for your help..

I’m afraid you’ve been scammed. I’ve had a month of these kind of messages
and lost money myself. I strongly suggest you contsct customer services at
eBay and report fraud make sure you mention fraud. By all means let them
know we have been in touch. I wish you luck.

Different topic but --- did you return them using a within 30 days eBay Return case ?. --- it may still be possible to open an 'Item not as described' case ( Not doesn't fit which is considered as a change of mind and seller can reject a case,) --- see case options here >

The first thing they’ll ask is if you have contacted the seller and any
response you get from them. They won’t do anything at eBay unless you
contact first. Good luck

I’ve never had a call back, always redirected to help pages or chat bot.
The only time I’ve had a conversation was about fraud on my account but it
was really frustrating. Good luck
