Sorry,  I have just seen you ask me this question.

If eBay have removed this seller you need to contact them to report your findings, and for them to open a case for item not as described....  Item Doesn't Match Description or Photos, or for them to directly refund you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

You are receiving a notification whenever someone posts on this thread.  They are not necessarily responding to you.   You can switch these notifications off.

The case was closed and it says It cant be appealed..  so I used the call back thing and ebay called back after 15 minutes.. I explained the situation to them and they reopened the case..  so I was told to wait three working days for the seller to respond. And if after that he doesn't, ebay will step in.. thanks so much for your help..

I’m afraid you’ve been scammed. I’ve had a month of these kind of messages
and lost money myself. I strongly suggest you contsct customer services at
eBay and report fraud make sure you mention fraud. By all means let them
know we have been in touch. I wish you luck.
