THIS ORDER WAS FOR 4 OFF OF 12 ITEMS EACH.   PAYMENT WAS MADE USING PAYPAL WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AS ABOVE. PAYMENT MADE EARLY NOVEMBER 2025.    BECAUSE THE CARDBOARD  PACKING WAS SO WEAK THE ITEMS WERE DROPPED ON TO A HARD SURFACE AND ONE ITEM  WAS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR.

I ASKED THE COMPUTER TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM BUT IT REFUSED BECAUSE IT SAID THAT I HAD NOT ENTERED ANY ITEM. BUT THE ISSUE NUMBER IS CITED ABOVE.

HOW I DO I GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM
