Negative feedbacks

Hi there all hope you are all well and happy.

Here's one conversation which buyer's get away with which is so unfair

For sellers on the eBay platform.

I think it's unfair for a seller on this platform
To undergo such discrimination from buyer's.
Allowing eBay to say they don't take side's
When they clearly do allowing the negative feedbacks to remain.
Since when is it ok for an inpatient buyer to send you over 31+ messages

In a 24 hour period.while I was waiting for eBay to clear there payment.

So I could post there item the next day.

I even explained the situation to the buyer to which they called me nasty and rude to which I am not.

They left me a negative feedback.

eBay told me they will not remove the negative feedback due to it not violating there system.

Yet the buyer told lies about me.Which has been clearly seen in the messages on the eBay platform.

I have had three members from eBay that have also reported this buyer and have asked for the feedback to be removed.yet I am still left waiting.

So my point here is. How can eBay say they don't take side's when I am still left waiting for the feedback removal.

Your customer seems to be annoyed because he feels you had 3 in stock and expected a replacement maybe.

 

As for the rest of his feedback Who told him it was collected at 5.45pm on a sunday and due to the depot being closed was dumped on the street ?  Maybe just ranting through dissapointment  and frustration and in anger read what he thought was written and  therefore lashed out at you.

 

Maybe you were a little too forthcoming with what happened - I think you could have sold yourself as the hero a little better with your response but I can't see this convoluted rant left as negative feedback hurting your business - it is too elaborate for most to take it seriously except maybe for amusement

First sale was Oct 28, 2024....It has been ten days since have been selling I sold ver $600.00 and as of Nov 6 I have not been paid $24. I am both new and done with eBay after. Get paid f I ever do even get paid. Employees say there will be a payout tomorrow every time I call but still ZERO

This eBay payout system is a total disaster I am no longer going to sell n eBay. As soon as I get my final money from them. Am going to run to the nearest exit. I have been waiting ten days for any payout I sold ver $600 and in ten days I have only been paid $24 this is insane!

Here in the UK,   we have a new systen of having our payouts paid to us.  It's no longer sent to out checking accounts, but we need to withdraw it ourselves,  from an ' eBay Balance'.

 

Not sure if you have this system in the States, but contact eBay Customer Services,  and they'll  be able to explain the process, how to withdraw your payouts.

I contacted them via telephone every day and every day they say the same
thing…tomorrow!

I'm so sorry we cannot help you here as this is the UK site,  and payouts are probably under a different system.

 

Whilst it's true that some Customer agents can be unhelpful, they are the only ones who can  help if access to your account is required.

 

Here in the UK we have just had a  very new system for withdrawing our payouts from sales, it's caused countless posts from members experiencing issues withdrawing their  money from sales.   Money is now sent to a seller's eBay Balance,  and the seller has to manually withdraw that money.

 

Perhaps this is an eBay Balance issue for you?  

 

Go to Help & Contact top left of your eBay page enter How Payouts are made from sales,  or eBay Balance, see if that helps.

 

I can explain if you wish,  how the eBay Balance works here, but I cannot be sure it's the same for you in the States.

 

If not keep contacting CS you will get that agent who will help you.

Thanks you are very kind. I will just give it another week and if no
payouts I will report them to the federal trade commission in the USA LOL I
AM TIRED OF TRYING TO GET ANY REAL INFO OUT OF EBAY. BUT AGAIN THANKS!

Yes know what you mean.
The eBay.co.uk site use an onbudsman site service
They tell you to go to them for your financial money problems
That you suffer with eBay.
Unfortunately eBay has got it wrong again.
I contacted these people and they have nothing to do with eBay.co.uk.

My goodness thats awful. Just started selling again after a long absence.

Really shocked at the amount of negatives people give & bad manners.

 

Just selling Bedding to allow for a down size in house next year.

This will be my only transactions especially after finding out about the payment system .
