Nectar points pending but not added to account

I have made purchases on Ebay through the Nectar app to collect points. From 16th September until 12 October not all the pending points have been added to my account. There is about 21 transactions missing points added and still pending. Not sure what is happening as the transactions are completed with items received. I contacted nectar, but they told me to contact Ebay. 

Anyone else had this and know what I should do.

I am not having that problem but I have now received all of Septembers points including some from Wilko`s...Just waiting now for 11 purchases from October...36 from November and 13 from December....

no points have been put on my account for some time now

Is that approved or pending points? I have an issue both with approved points and lots of pending points. The approved points are not going into my account and still points pending. I have contacted Nectar, but no reply so far. It is just not working with the new system.
