I cannot spend or withdraw my Ebay Balance

I cannot spend or withdraw my ebay balance. Is this a common issue, as it does say it is avaialble to do either ?

The withdrawal button is completely greyed out for me but I have money in my balance what does this mean and how long does it take to resolve?

Thank you for your post.

Where it shows as £0.00 click into that and change that amount to what you want. Once you do that, the withdraw button should become available to click on. Please note if you have updated your payment details recently it can take up to 48 hours for it to be verified.

If the withdraw button is greyed out then its usually that the box showing the amount needs to be typed into.

Where it shows as £0.00 click into that and change that amount to what you want. Once you do that, the withdraw button should become available to click on.
