Click and collect

Ok so I bought 2 suitcases had notification that they had been delivered by evri at the click and collect point but I've only had a code for one suitcase 24 hours later and still nothing for the other one contacted e bay customer services and that said just wait but not sure how long for  one is ready to collect and the other is still progressing don't really understand when they both arrived at the same time

Hae you contacted the seller ?.

I'm wondering if they sent as 1 big parcel or put one inside the other (obviously i don't know if thats possible).

If you have 2 tracking numbers you could maybe collect the one that's ready and put in a non receipt claim for the other one if it doesn't arrive.

It's arrived at the collection point but it says still processing 24 hours after it arrived they both arrived at the same time don't understand why one is ready and the other one isn't 😳
