Bidding error due to unpaid item which already cancelled

Hi I want to activate my bidding option as I have to pay and buy the similar item

Do you mean you can not bid because of unpaid item strikes? Your post is not very clear.

Sellers can automatically block bidders who have two unpaid item strikes in the last year so if this is the case then nobody can help you.

Yea but I have cancelled the items within the time period

You can only ask to cancel.  It seems when your sellers actually cancelled they must have done it on the basis of none payment. 

The effect lasts 12 months.
