How do I get in touch with a human at Ebay?

Ordered two items. First time using ebay.
BOTH have simply disappeared. Not heard a word from the couriers.
Ebay offering ZERO help: I cannot speak to a person, only a stupid "chatbot".
Does anyone know how I can speak to a human?
It has to be email/typed, cant be spoken (ie phone).

You are in Sweden and this is the UK site.    If you cannot proceed with the given links or Callback,  suggest that you seek help from a Eurozone site.
