Try asking on the forums instead.  There isn't much that we can't help you with, and to be honest the combined knowledge of the people who tend to respond to queries posted from people seeking advice can often prove to be invaluable if you're stuck with something, as there will more than likely be somebody somewhere who knows the answer to the question and will be able to provide you with the solution to the problem.  Therefore, unless you're looking for something eBay-specific that only eBay can help with, such as removing a defect from your account, then the best option is to ask for help on the forums.  If you were to do that you'd probably receive a response to your query - and possibly even a solution to the problem - a hell of a lot faster than if you were to try and contact eBay to ask for help!
