Try asking on the forums instead. There isn't much that we can't help you with, and to be honest the combined knowledge of the people who tend to respond to queries posted from people seeking advice can often prove to be invaluable if you're stuck with something, as there will more than likely be somebody somewhere who knows the answer to the question and will be able to provide you with the solution to the problem. Therefore, unless you're looking for something eBay-specific that only eBay can help with, such as removing a defect from your account, then the best option is to ask for help on the forums. If you were to do that you'd probably receive a response to your query - and possibly even a solution to the problem - a hell of a lot faster than if you were to try and contact eBay to ask for help!
it depends on what you want to talk about,
there are different routes for different things
There are very few things indeed that you need to contact Ebay for. Full information is provided on the site. Everything you need to know about using Ebay is in the Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page). And everything you need to know about what to do when an item doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, is in the Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site).
In the unlikely event that you can't find what you're looking for on-site, it will almost certainly be because it's something Ebay can't help you with. But if you're unsure, ask here, and someone will be happy to advise.
