Hi, I've been on eBay for years and years. Maybe I have just been lucky, and not had this issue before. Can someone advise please. Twice recently due to a seller not being able to deliver, the transaction couldn't be fulfilled and I had a refund, but the reason came through on both occasions as buyer request? That implies I changed my mind and didn't honour my purchase? I couldn't wait for an item that on one occasion was going to be weeks late for a birthday, and in another was out of stock. So why then does it appear to come back on me?
