eBay's Help service can't help with the Mobile site!!!

At the Post Office today, having a problem with a Label, I got through to eBay help and described the issue. It was quite a marathon and at one point the human assistant said he could only deal with the Desktop view not the Mobile view.

The problem was I bought, in the end,  a total of four labels for a £13 listing with Free Postage and when I went to the counter  two times the wrong photo and address was associated with the label. He said that on his screen the data were correct and he wasn't able to help with the Mobile version. That's hopeless as the Mobile version is what we need for the Label "experience".  I don't know now whether I have paid a total of about £24 postage for this item.

 

I came home and sorted it on my landline computer  which has the "desktop" version of eBay.
