Hi buddy. Spoke to them today they said by Monday it should be done in my case. The rep said he was going to try and push it through today and email me. Told them I've been waiting and was frustrated with why its taking so long. We'll see. Speaking to the rep today I'm optimistic it will get sorted. Just like you say in a black hole. Just want it to be sorted like yourself. Will keep you posted.

Don't forget that you can make a Formal Complaint about Managed Payments which if not resolved can be taken to the Financial Ombudsman.
