Noticed a big pile of parcels at our local shop which collects parcels. They saying Yodel drivers have not come collect them since last Friday- is this true ?
Has anyone experienced issues recently

This may be due to the InPost / Yodel merger and systems being changed (according to a quick search on Reddit).
I have InPost parcels that were collected from lockers during the past few days but they aren’t tracking smoothly like usual, some aren’t showing movement at all since getting the usual warehouse scan.

It's been a total nightmare! A week later and so many parcels still aren't showing movement

I went to my in post locker and it was full as they take them at a local store I dropped them there instead they told me that they have to keep requesting pick ups as no one had been collecting at the lockers and as a result the store was inundated It’s not even Christmas rush time yet God knows what’s going to happen then. I think the yodel/in post merger is going to cause chaos

Defo avoiding using them from now on!

I stopped using Yodel a few years ago due to poor service. I switched 98% to Evri and 2% Royal Mail for small items. I have found Evri working fine at present.

I can only speak for the Kent area where Yodel hasn`t collected parcels from shops for over a week. Not sure if this situation is fully resolved. I`m glad we`ve been mostly using Evri for some of our items lately otherwise it would have been a disaster in terms of late deliveries. As another poster said, InPost/Yodel merger seems to have caused chaos which affected certain Inpost deliveries as well. A few things I ordered recently have been returned to respective senders before even reaching the collection locker. I would avoid using both at least for the time being.
