VAT invoice for shipping labels

A fellow eBayer recently posted a link that I had hoped would resolve the issue:

However my latest postage by Yodel through PackLink isn't invoiced here.

I have contacted Customer Services twice and they are utterly clueless, trying to make out there isn't any VAT for eBay's services and fees.

Any ideas would be gratefully received?

If you bought the label through Packlink then it is Packlink that would need to provide the VAT invoice as the label was sold by them not eBay.

As stated earlier, it was through PackLink but how do I get this invoice?

It's not clear if I bought it from eBay or 'through' eBay. Since it's not made obvious at the time of purchase it ought to be the former.
