Click and Drop not marking items as despatched

Is anyone else having an issue with Royal Mail C&D not marking items as despatched?

 

Despatched all of mine a few hours ago and they still showing as not despatched

I’m having the same issue. I manifested the orders in Click & Drop a few hours ago, but the order statuses haven’t updated on eBay and the tracking numbers haven’t been uploaded. We should report this to both Royal Mail and eBay.

I'm also having this issue - marked as dispatched before 12.30 and still not updated, even though on click & drop can see that all my tracked parcels now say 'we've got it'

It will be a case of manually going through the orders later so that they have the tracking against them.

 

Not sure if we are penalised by eBay if the items are marked as despatched after Midnight

Im currently on live chat to ebay CS - although they dont seem to understand what I am telling them🙄

The technical team have now been made aware, but was told basically to just keep refreshing and keep monitoring it - not great when then got to manually add all tracking numbers through 😕

Hopefully the boss of click and drop will be more help! Just sent him an email stating the click & drop team are actually unaware of the issue when I spoke with them

Hi All,

 

Thank you for your posts and raising this issue with click and drop.

 

If you haven't already can you report directly with Royal Mail. If anyone of you can provide some order numbers where the items have not auto marked as dispatched I will get this reported on the eBay side.

Just received a reply from Darren head of click & Drop he has advised they are working on a fix they have now updated the click & drop status page

The fix is being worked on to resolve it as soon as possible.

Yes, I'm having the same issue too. I also can't delete several orders together, I have to do this individually, which is a pain when a buyer cancels an order and you have processed a refund, but click and drop still pulls it through as sold!

Is this still an ongoing thing as my recent eBay orders pretty much for the last week or so havent been updated with RM Click & Drop. So no tracking uploaded from RM to eBay and it's causing buyers to think their items dont have tracking so therefor chancing their arm with INR cases. Even when I put in manual tracking eBay doesn't automatically mark as delivered.

Still an issue! If you go under "Settings > Miscellaneous" you can set items to mark as despatched when labels generated but that doesn't help with all you old orders left on "label generated" as single or multiple items cannot be marked as despatched. Ridiculous this has been broken for so long, it ought to be an easy fix.

After you have generated your labels, from the dashboard if you click on Orders, then Batches, you can click on a batch number or all batch numbers at once and then you can choose to Mark as Despatched.  This is as a work around which I now do on a daily basis before producing a Manifest. Hope this helps for those people who maybe don't want to mark as despatched automatically when labels are generated.

You're welcome.  What is frustrating is that you have to find your own workarounds as Royal Mail never update you on anything!
