There is no doubt this EU law will prevent most E bay listings in Ireland. This will have a major impact on E bay and all listing sites which host the seling of used equipment. If this legistration is adopted in Mainland UK it will put a lot pf firms out of business and it could be the end of E bay in Europe and the UK. We have been looking at this for some time and can find no way around it. We could be seeing the end of the selling of all used equipment in the whole of Europe so all items which are not required for further use would need to be scrapped. This will cost the economy millions of pounds if applied in the UK and put an end to the Green loby. I am hopeing that E Bay and other sites will consult with Government on this matter and keep sellers up to date
