At eBay, we’re committed to making our policies clear and our services easy to use. We wanted to let you know that we’re updating our Payments Terms of Use, effective from 27 October 2024.
We’re revising the Payments Terms of Use to better describe the payment services we provide to you. As part of this revision, we have included a paragraph into the General Payment Terms on specific payment methods available on certain eBay websites for which additional terms apply.
If you agree to the changes, you do not need to do anything further. If you, as a consumer, do not agree to the proposed changes, you can reject them at any time before 27 October 2024 by notifying us in text form (e.g. by email) or terminating the payment processing agreement free of charge and without notice. This can be done, for example, by email or by contacting our customer service. Otherwise, your consent to the changes will be deemed to have been given.
