Is there a way to remove a reply that I left to some feedback?
A customer left me negative feedback and I replied to it. The customer then said they left the feedback for the wrong seller and they revised the feedback when I sent them a feedback revision.
The reply I left now doesn't make any sense .. whilst minor it is not something I would really want left as a reply to positive feedback.
I seem to remember in the past replies were removed automatically when feedback was revised, am I wrong about this?

If eBay remove Feedback, your reply is also removed automatically. But it seems this is not the case for Revised Feedbacks:
'Once you reply, your comment will appear directly below the buyer’s feedback comment. You can only reply once to a feedback comment, and you can’t edit or retract that reply.'
So this seems a good reason to wait to Reply after the dust has settled. In this instance perhaps CS would help remove your now nonsensical reply?

Thanks I will try CS on Monday. It is not a big problem as it has moved so far down the list now no-one is likely to read it.
