Hi,
This has me stumped, Is there anyway to delete the no longer used postage options, or Is It something I've got to live with. I've always been fairly competent with ebays changes and such over time but can't sort this. Still have quite a lot of the old postage options In the drop down menu, with zero listings on them.
Checked all my settings and can not for the life of me find a way to delete them.

If you go to account settings - business policies you just need to click the 3 dots under actions next to each unwanted policy and it will let you delete ones you don’t need.

eBay duplicate them all the time, you only have to look at them the wrong way and another will pop up 😅

No worries. If you use old listings to do a sell similar / relist it tends to create a copy of the policy if there were any edits done. I try to use recent listings for that and it happens a lot less often than it used to. It is good to check those policies now and again as things can change, GSP was being turned off erratically for a while I had to keep turning it back on.

Yes, the same for me, sell similar, then drafting It, then relisting, think that's why I had the extra postage options, some were Gsp, some were not, I probably ended duplicating them. Without knowing.
Thank you, I learn something new everyday

Same apparently I have over 96 postage options. No idea how or why they are there.
so need to delete and update postage options.

I’ve found this when I end listings and then sell similar a new policy appears so you have to be vigilant and make sure that you don’t use that policy or thereafter forever hold your peace
I’ve deleted these policies more times than I care to remember only to see then pop up again it’s like that game I used to play as a child but can’t remember the name where you had a hammer and you had to hit something before another popped up.

Ha yeah it’s like Whac-A-Mole.
Another way you get a duplicate policy is if you make an edit to a policy where some of the listings are locked (active offers sent, auctions running with bids or under 24 hours left etc).
If I’m planning to edit a policy now I stop sending offers to watchers, remove offers from any listings and hold back auctions until no listings could be locked.
