I sent an order yesterday to be delivered to Argos for the buyer to collect as every once in a while I do. When I sent one not long before Christmas I am sure it showed the status as delivered once it arrived at Argos as usual. Yesterday I sent one which has arrived at Argos today but instead of showing the status as delivered it is showing an extra stage of Ready for Collection. So in eBay's eyes has the order been delivered - it has arrived at the delivery address - or are these orders now only considered by eBay to have been delivered once they have been collected? Anyone know the answer please?
I do try to read the seller updates etc but the last couple of months have been a bit manic so I apologise if I should already know the answer to this question.
