She initially claimed the item had leaked - it was a sealed foil envelope containing an eye mask and hadn't leaked in the couple of months it was in a box full of other masks!
I asked her for proof of this as she'd sent me a pic of the envelope which was still dry.
She the left that feedback with a pic of the eye mask with its packet 😄
WOW I just saw this and just had to go and have a look. Love the 2nd pic with the opened eye mask packet and dirty USED eye mask dumped next to it. No wonder the packet was empty and leaked after it had been opened..............😂🤣🤣. How terrible to have to clean up your own dishonest muck! 🙄😝
