Going from my own experience and extra sales generated, this gets results.
Many potential buyers find you tube videos , not direct on YT, but Google
search in the videos section.
So make your video title have the all important key words. Also add chapters
to the video. These carefully worded chapters also get picked up by search engines.
DO NOT write click bait titles. You-tube takes a dim view on this. Keep them on topic.
Many you-tubers will say to concentrate on a title and thumbnail 1st, then do the
video later.
Don`t worry if your videos do not reach 10s of 1000s viewers. They need to reach
the right people in your niche.
I know I do optics, but virtually nothing in my diminishing list of products for sale
on eBay are what are on the YT channel. Just in case anyone is curious. ( I know some have a nosy)
Its much higher end brands I review that are on the website that don`t like their products
on here and the big river, as it devalues the product.
Will pick a random niche to give you an idea of what to aim for. But add your
own twist for your own items.
Lets say for example you are a jewellry seller. As well as mentioning the product, make
it more how to fit or how to clean. Or other questions the potential buyer needs answers to.
Remember - A you-tube video needs to ask a question. The watcher needs to see the video
to find the answer (and where to buy) . Throw in the where to buy discreetly. Don`t push it in
their face. Add a where to buy link in the description.
So what is my next video going to be about today. There is a new upgrade to a product.
So I am not going to title it something like Product name and buy from us. Will be more like
New release. Is it worth the extra cost. You see, I have asked the question so the potential
buyer needs to watch to find the answer, and where to buy.
BTW, this may not work for everyone. But in most of my videos I tell viewers to mention they
watch my you-tube channel when they reply to the order confirmation email and I shall put
a little freebie in the box.
