Following on from the issue with Royal Mail Click & Drop on 8 February, we want to let you know what action we’ve taken to support affected accounts.
To ensure you’re not adversely affected, eBay will automatically protect the performance on affected transactions between 8 February to 9 February 2024. These protections cover:
- Your late delivery rate, which will be removed for affected orders between 8 February to 9 February
- Your “item not received” count in your service metrics dashboard
- We will also remove any negative and neutral feedback relating to or arising from this issue
Please note: You may see late deliveries due to this event on your seller dashboard, but they will be removed before your next seller performance evaluation.
You do not need to contact Customer Service.
