Last week, some parts of the UK were affected by severe weather conditions resulting from Storms Isha and Jocelyn.
To help reduce the impact on businesses in the affected areas, eBay will automatically protect the performance on affected transactions between 17 January to 27 January 2024. These protections cover:
- Your late delivery rate, which will be removed for affected orders between 17 January to 27 January 2024
- Your “item not received” count in your service metrics dashboard
- We will also remove any negative and neutral feedback relating to or arising from late or non-delivery as a result of Storms Isha and Jocelyn.
If you’re located in an impacted area, please know that issues that are outside of your control will not affect your performance on eBay.
