Postage issues

Since 10/11/23 I am having this crazy issue with postage. If anyone knows what should I do, please help!

Here is goes...

Since 10/11/23 until current day, I have being charged as a seller  for postage label from Packlink after every single buyer paid for postage already! Logically, for every single item we both were paying the delivery charge!

I have called eBay customer service twice already about it & they told me that Packlink supposed to pay it all back to me for every single item I have sold, but until now no money have been returned to me.

Does everyone have the same issue as me & how to resolve it?

The buyer doesn't pay Packlink for postage, they pay you. You then pay Packlink for the label.

Example: You sell something at £15 + £5 postage, total £20

Buyer pays ebay £20, ebay deduct their fees (12.8% + 30p)  £2.86 (Just over £2 if listed on a day with a 70/80% off fee offer) and send the rest to you.

This leaves you with around  £17 - £18, then you buy the postage label (approx £3) from Packlink, leaving you with a total for the sale of £14 - £15
