left me in my Stately Home, lazing on a sunny afternoon,
and I can't sail my yacht, he's taken everything I've got, all I've got's this sunny afternoon.
Help me, help me, help me sail away. Well give me two good reasons why I oughta stay, and I love to live so pleasantly, live this life of luxury, lazing on a sunny afternoon, in the summertime.
And this is me in the West End manhandling the young lad who played Dave Davies (the wild one in the band) - I hope he goes far he was brilliant. Excuse the carpy photo, someone called husband didn't put the flash on. Again.
If you get a chance to see the show you will love it. Interactive too - allowed to dance in the aisles and encouraged to sing along. A magic night. Oh - didn't I say, it's Sunny Afternoon - a musical about the Kinks. I always loved them.

Oh how lovely for you Rainy, glad you had a fab time. If I'd known you were in London, I'd have jumped
on a train and come and said Hi! But that may have been scary!

Wowsers, but you know, he's the lucky one!!
I read Dave's autobiography, "Kink". He had some strange beliefs. Didn't the brothers used to fight on stage?
