I bought something that turned out to be damaged, and I paid a fair amount of cash for it. I negotiated for what I thought was a fair refund to keep it, given what I paid. But I've now figured out that part of that price was VAT which, as part of the refund, eBay itself has returned to me. So I've been refunded a little more.
Basically, I want to return an extra $25 of the refund (the refund was about $130) to the seller. Is that possible or am I best off just leaving it?
