We have a Below Selling Standard rating, we dispatch through ebay mainly using YODEL store to door service.

we do dispatch everytime same day or next day. However we have visited the YODEL agents shop the next day or even 2 days and the parcels have not been collected. The agents answer is the van was full.

Ebay see when we dispatch as we use their service, so why are we penallised which in turn costs us more as ebay charge a bigger percentage sales charge and do not allow to give offers to buyers to help sell more.

How do we get our Seller status improved?

You are penalised, because you are responsible for getting the item to the customer on time.

It's up to you which courier you use.

So if you are finding that Yodel is not performing as it should, then you need to change courier to one that performs better.

 

And the simple answer to getting your status improved, is to sell more and get them delivered on time.

Change courier if you are having problems with pick ups. RM now do a tracked 48 service for parcel that's just £3.39 for small parcels fully tracked from start to finish

I've never heard of Royal Mail saying the vans full and not collecting the mail. Change courier.
