Why is eBay using the COViD as an excuse to not have any phone contact
and have sellers the advantage and why is eBay advising the buyer is
responsible for returns
I would like to obtain a full refund from a seller claims he sent my
items and fail to prove correct proof. When contacted he presented an
attitude. I since discovered his has received a series of bad reviews
I returning it because it is not as described. EBay has instructed for
the buyer to pay for all returns now which is a wicked thing to do given

response to me when I stated if he will not refund me , I will report
