Seller continue to scan

I would like to obtain a full refund from a seller claims he sent my items and fail to prove correct proof. When contacted he presented an attitude. I since discovered his has received a series of bad reviews

In that case, there's no reason to post here about it. Just use eBay's money back guarantee. If the tracking record doesn't confirm delivery to your address, the seller will be required to refund you. If it does, they won't. EBay can't hold sellers responsible when items are delivered, but subsequently lost or stolen, which is an increasing problem.

 

Do PLEASE either be more careful which sellers you buy from, or be more patient in sorting out problems. You are leaving far more neg and neutral feedbacks than most buyers. This will worry sellers - don't be surprised if some cancel your bids, and block you from bidding on their items.
