Pictures missing using APP

I cannot view any pictures for any listing using the eBay APP. The main picture does appear for a second and then disappears.

I have tried reinstalling the APP, clearing the cache etc. The APP is now useless using the android tablet. The tablet uses android 7.0 and is about 7 years old. Will now delete the APP and use the browser instead or is there a fix for the APP?

This is also happening for me today, I have tried clearing the cache. It's very frustrating not being able to search what I'm looking for. I am using a  Samsung Device with android 14. Screenshot attached.

Got an S25 yesterday, android 15, not all items loading when scrolling down on a search, tried uninstall/reinstall no luck.

Android is out of date. Have to use the web version now on my phone

 Not sure if you have had any reply to your post but this is an error many are experiencing from the early hours this morning.

 If the issue is not cleared by tomorrow contact eBay Customer Services they will log your account as having this issue too.  No news of any fix of this,  to date.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
