Old mobile phone verification

Hi, how can i remove my old mobile phone used for verifications? When i try to change password or any other setting, ebay asks me to to use PIN code sent for my old device which i don't have. I try to turn off 2 step verification, but it sends PIN code to my old mobile phone...

Hi sopo89, thanks for your post.

You can update your phone number from here, you just need to click on "Edit" and enter your phone number. If you are being sent a code again in order to complete these changes, and you no longer have access to that phone number, then the only way to update this is by contacting us directly for privacy and security reasons. 

If you click here, you can contact us and an agent will look after that for you no problem.
