'you're racist'.. how would you prove or disprove what was said??

Just chatting to a neighbour about this. I live on a residential road which is one of the only restriction free and cost free parking roads in the area. Its a popular place at weekends and school hols. Ive got a driveway with a H bar and lowered kerb. 

Now, its inevitable that someone will park and leave a small space between their car and the start of the H bar and other drivers will always try to squeeze their car into the remaining space -  i'm not bothered if someones car is over the line a bit, as long as I can get my car in and out. If I do have to request someone moves their car I am usually polite and at times, if my family arent using it, have offered the use of my driveway .

But last week I returned home to find that a family had parked halfway over and there was no way I could get in. I pointed this out and directed them to a nearby pay and display - I received a mouth ful of abuse about how stupid i must be not be abe to get my car past theirs!! Most of the group staeted walking off , telling 'mum' to  just leave it there! I pointed out to 'mum' that I would phone the council traffic enforcement who would ticket the car for every hour it was there then eventually take it to a pound. She moved it then,

later in the day, my neighbour told me that when she first saw them parking up she politley informed them that they hadnt left enough room so best to move...their response, once they had all had a heated discussion with her... "you're only saying this becaise we are asian ! If we were white you woudt bother" ...

So this has led us to have a conversation as to 'what would happen if they phoned the police and said that she had called them a racist name'/ Because there was a group of them, they could quite easily say that she had said it and it would be her word againtt all theirs. 

She, nor I , would make such a comment!

I call a rectum a rectum ( if they deserve it ) regardless of colour, race, or creed.  If those rectums happen to be while, they take the criticism ( perhaps not happily, rectums don't like hearing the truth ).  However, if they are of a different ethnic origin, I'm a racist........they need to look in a mirror.........it's not ME whose the racist !!!

I have two colleagues who hale from Yorkshire, they share certain traits like, ignorance, self confidence, rudeness, the ability to fight a lost cause and demand your acceptance of their view which of course is always right, needless to say they dont get on with each other but in public hand out much personal praise while in private slagging the other off at every opportunity. This isn't a race thing but how they were raised. respect is no longer a valid attribute in the eyes of many who prefer instead to Look after number one at any cost. Stautes like the human rights act, well meaning as it was has given rise to a sub culture of **bleep** who hide behind it while behaving in anti social ways.

People will park anywhere rather than pay and display after all we are a society where much is expected without payment in any form. I recently witnessed some roadworks which required traffic lights, the works were in front of two semi detached houses. At one house a plasterer arrived and parked his van outside one of the houses and although partly on the pavement also on the remaining open road, this made it really difficult for larger vehicles to pass without encroaching on the road workers area. Haed the guy parked 10 metres further on there would have been no impact, he would not move and everyone was inconvenienced because he saw his actions as his right. 

As I finally passed he stood there with his shaven head, Tattoos on every piece of visible skin, Teeth out of a rocking horse and the upright arrogance of an isis fighter, I looked him in the eye and said in a cool calm manner  "Clock" He froze for a second while trying to engage his undoubted higher intelligence before screaming a tirade of abuse back. What an idiot.

The car was there already and there was no indication to whom it belonged, presumably.   There were no racial slurs involved as far as I know.

I hope with all my heart that racism will disappear soon because I know that sometimes black people cope with daily discriminating challenges and offenses. Have to say, in this day and age, racism of any kind is really sad, but equally annoying, is people who use their ethnic background as a form of arguement. i remember years ago talking to my friend who lived opposite me one day, just as the kids were coming out of school and someone parked fully across my driveway, clearly blocking my fully visible car in, because i had`nt put it back behind the gates. When she came back i pointed out what she`d done and the reply i got was `sorry, i`m not from around here`, so i said, `where are you from, venus` 🙂

Oddly enough, i was watching the news tonight about the American sports woman who was given 9 years in Russia for drug possession and smuggling. Whilst doing the article, a civil rights woman (i`ll call her for sake of argument) was on to discuss it and as far as she was concerned, the athlete was in jail because she was black, a woman and gay and i`m sitting there thinking to myself, `no sweetheart, she`s in jail because she took drugs into Russia`. So i do think there are sadly, still alot of racist people around, but i also think that racism is a get out of jail free card for alot as well.

I have a body camera which I wear everywhere I go in my human form. How many people would believe me if I told them one strange day around 4 years ago I was feeding a few peanuts to some crows on a public pavement when a police van screeched to a halt alongside me and within a minute I was surrounded by four armed police officers who were extremely aggressive? When I asked what crime they suspected me of committing one illegally detained me and threatened to arrest me if I didn't identify. Anyway the point is that since that day I bought a body camera for £30 and always wear it. This is the only way to prove your innocence in every situation.

Get a bodycam! It'll be the BEST £30 you'll ever spend.

PS: A few months after that bizarre incident I was feeding the same crows in nearly the same place. A police car pulled up alongside me but when I turned I pointed to the bodycam I was wearing. The driver saw it and the car sped off. They knew what they were doing was wrong!
