Very tricky and I think that is what is making him sound even more unhinged than normal, if that's possible. Flynn not only has to have something on those above him, he has to be able to prove it, to be of value, which is not always and easy thing to do given what we are talking about. Currently it's quite high up the chain, and I the pardon power, even if you believed it would be invoked, only applies to Federal offenses. Flynn Jr is facing serious time inside, and it would not be good.
