If parties didn’t change their minds then what would be the point of the annual conferences?

As for referendums then why shouldn’t people change their minds - or not?

Parties are made up of individuals and people often change their minds about things - have you never changed your mind?

"So, I" put it to you that the people of Scotland have changed their minds. The main arguement force in the "better together" side during Indyref1 was that voting NO would secure us staying in EU- didn't happen.

They also stated in the "VOW" , Scotland would have (to save this precious union) full DEVO MAX- didn't happen , I put it to you this was a scam, a rouse to target the status quo, this was a game changer and people (a lot of people) opted for the status quo ie NO.

Now the "VOW" went south as quick as the liar (MP's) promising it and as quick as you could say EVEL(English votes for English Laws)was introduced south of border.

There was also the assumption repeated many times by unionists that we're "too wee"," too poor", and "too stupid"- it's not happening. You're never too wee, too poor, or too stupid.

51 countries have escaped form the clutches of the "british empire" and not one has asked to come back- fact!!

Scotland will be the 52nd

1.6 million people still voted YES in Idnyref1, that will change, that will change in Indyref2..

Scotland will not be as stupid the next time to listen to lies . Like it or not it is coming and the Brit Nats are scared .

I have no doubt that some people in Scotland will have changed their minds over independence since the last referendum.

if there were to be a second referendum and the result was to leave the UK would you go for a no-deal exit? 🙂

Well it's quite simple is it not? Independence means just that independence. So are you saying you don't want a trade deal with your nearest neighbour? lol You'll need to come up with something better than Morris dancing suits as not much use for them up here. I'm sure you'll need the water and the leckie though.

Seriously though-it's not rocket science-trade will flow in and out as usual i have no doubt.As long as that eejit FOX is not trade secretary for you, or Grayling doing the transport lol their useless and will give us half your country.

That's fine. Wish England well too. I'm just sick of the lies that were spread during the "better together" campaign in 2014 that tricked people into the status quo(based on those lies) They won't be as daft the next time-that's what i'm saying.

People are more informed now thanks to old guys like John Jappy and wingsoverscotland blogs ,and what i mean with Britnats is the establishment in Westmonster that still peddle these lies saying we're subsidy junkies.

That's my whole gripe with some in here.

As i was told as a child, never trust a politician because when their mouths open the lies flood out.

I had hoped that Scottish people would honour the referendum that we All knew was coming and that we All voted in.

I don't understand the reticence by some in Scotland at leaving the EU especially when it seems to be the same ones who want independence.

As for those denigrating Scottish people as thick-stupid atc, they just don't value freedom.
