No - he hasn't been found guilty of the latest charges.

In this country he has been found guilty of posession of child pornography and in Vietnam of two counts of committing obscene acts with girls aged 10 and 11.

A vile character indeed but still innocent until proven guilty of any other charges.

Nothing to laugh about really - is it.

Former Grand Slam doubles champion Bob Hewitt has been charged with **bleep** and sexual assault of minors at a court in South Africa, his lawyer says.

Mr Hewitt, who will go on trial in February 2015, has denied the three charges, Alwyn Griebenow told the Associated Press news agency.

The charges relate to his time coaching children in South Africa in the 1980s.

Mr Hewitt, 74, won nine Grand Slam doubles and six mixed doubles titles in the 1960s and 1970s.

The Australian-born former tennis star appeared at Boksburg Magistrate's Court, Johannesburg, for the first time on Friday.

He told the court he understood the charges, his lawyer told AP, adding that his client would plead not guilty to all three charges - two of **bleep** and one of indecent assault - at his trial.

South African media report that Mr Hewitt appeared frail in court and was aided by a walking stick.

Former Radio 1 DJ Chris Denning has appeared in court accused of sex offences against 22 boys.

He faces a total of 41 charges, dating from 1967 to 1985, in relation to boys aged between nine and 16.

The 73-year-old, from Basildon, was refused bail and remanded in custody when he appeared Southwark Crown Court.

Mr Denning was the first announcer to be heard on BBC Two when it launched in 1964 and a member of the original Radio 1 team in 1967.

He is due to appear again at Crown Court on 11 July.

His last conviction was in 2006 so I was wondering why you were concerned with reoffending when this has not been shown to be the case in the past 8 years.

Oh I see what you mean apologies! I don't know, he has as I say he has been abroad & I hope he has reformed for the sake of the girls he is always photographed with whilst he has been away , even if he is innocently in their company you would think at his age he would have gone out of his way to make sure everything looked above board, my only other concern would be can you ever reform this type of person, I really hope so & I would dearly love to be proved wrong, just for the children's sake!.

He's been in the UK since 2008 and can't go far because no one will give him entry. Don't think he's been seen with young girls since being back here.

With respect I don't think you can compare a relationship with two consenting adults of the same sex & what this man is accused of & was also convicted of a few years ago, if that is what you are alluding to!
