I have bought a watch and then I get an e mail through saying it has been cancelled.

Who do I write to to check?

Sorry,  I've had to edit my answer as I can see you are based in Turkey.

The seller may have cancelled the sale because they do not post to your country,  not all sellers in the UK post worldwide.

Always check before buying,   the postage details on the listing that the seller will sell to your country.

If you have paid,  the cancellation will refund your payment. eBay will inform you a refund is being made.
