Isn't that against the law?
25-11-2017 2:26 PM
It should be.
25-11-2017 5:39 PM
You might be a tad old, OP lol

If this is somehow supposed to be in the interests of equality, maybe it should be remnembered that you never get equality by treating people differently and some better than others

It is as the advert states an 'internship'
That's not the legal position btw
It's worth noting that the burden on the younger generation due to the numbers produced by the baby boom years is considerable
and most of those are old and white dahlinks

I don’t think it’s against the law to positively discriminate in favour of ethnic minorities or females only towards White males!
I heard a tale about job interviews in America.
This chap had to interview applicants for a position and there had to be equal numbers of men and women.
He had about 200 male applicants who had already gone through a weeding out process but only 7 women.
Two of the women didn't turn up for the interview and three of them were completely unsuitable.
He is then told to hold a second interview seeing three men, three women so had to call in one of the original two that didn't bother to turn up the first time.

Lol,
The Oral contraceptive pill was available at the beginning of the sixties, when the birth rate was still climbing and was several years off from hitting its peak, before it then started to decline.
In addition the idea that there existed one form of contraception which dictated birth rates is drivel, and would mean earlier years would have had similar if not higher rates when in fact they didn't in general. There was a short lived peak about 1920, another post 45
No child is responsible for being born, they are responsible for whinging away their twilight years with little concern for those who support them, regardless of ethnicity and the additional burdens their numbers have created which is just a fact, but a costly one

It was the same story last year, and probably the year before that too
Gets a few gastic juices flowing when the ethnic dimension is raised

Have you seriously not even read your own OP?
It is about ‘jobs’ and ethnic background - perhaps suggest an MRI on your next appointment
It's been well covered before, were you not paying attention?
It's the same as here except ours is formal and national.Theirs is informal and local
If someone creates a false narrative eg England women's Football Manager etc someone may comment.
Falsification isn’t having ‘a different view ' its about altering facts for a specific agenda

A few words on studio aka potty
I recall him long before someone else arrived. He wasn't the average BNP/KKK propagandist
Though he spoke up occasionally, he didn't as a matter of routine. Arguably he was concerned if he did speak more often he himself might be targeted for removal, as others were
He clearly valued his family
He didn't as a sixty something, arrive home with his meal for one, ignore his wife and children, then proceed to make them into secret fools by publicly perving away till bedtime, repeating the same for months/years
He didn't consider he was a self appointed moderator willing to scheme away to remove what he didn't like
His choice of associates may have left something to be desired.

It has been suggested, with much support if not proof, that in countries where women have more control of their fertility, there are both health and economic benefits.

You J-uk are really an odd individual, why don’t you come clean about who you are and why you persist in this spreading of untruths about me. You always bring inwhere you think I live and your take on my relationship with my family, I find the latter one of your more distasteful attributes particularly because the accusations are completely false. I have been happily married for 38 years and have two wonderful kids! So much of what you say is hurtful to me and my family and stated without justification or merit. I also believe you are wrong to include your views on other members who are not here to defend themselves, So I respectfully ask you to keep your opinions to yourself rather than continuing a vendetta against me and others with whom you have nothing in common. You have the right to comment on things I say within context however I am asking you formally to stop this unnecessary calling out on my age, family and other matters of a personal nature which quite frankly are none of your business!
Kind regards

These schemes variously called affirmative action or similar are meant to address a specific problem in a relative short time
They have them in most countries in the west I have visited in some form or another.
I am at a loss to understand why someone would say they didn't bring up an ethnic or race issue, when it's clearly what their thread is all about.?
Why do some want others to do what they obviously won't do?
I think I recall the person in question but mainly off another board, and there was another on here called collectibles who I can't say impressed very much.
It is generally the case that some on social media platforms , believe after a while, they run and determine policy. I have always found that to be unfortunate.

I don't think it's much to do with social policy as it is to do with race, which is where some cannot escape from, and will always return to.
There is obviously a serious case of paranoia and victimhood lol
it's clearly there in the nature of the thread.it's obviously a case of basic lack of honesty, or lost marbles, or both. My money is on both
I think you mean collectibles with an ‘i’ and an ‘a’ – no they in box terms were without hinges.
Studio wasn't what used to be called a foamer on ethnic issues, he was fairly sound, but kept out of the fray for whatever reason.
I thought he gave his so-called friend some excellent advice on numerous things, even though friend clearly didn't want to listen to that advice. Eg gardening time, and the 2 year plus rant which was very disturbing. The suggestion of seeking professional advice I'm sure was well intended, even if as expected, ignored.
Yes it's a feature of chatboards after a while where some believe that scenario and act upon it. They should take there own advice for once, that might be novel , though very unlikely
Those Irish remarks, Muppet's etc, all aimed to remind of a certain admin who some were terrified of. Someone said Donald Trump was a 7 years of age child, who had just grown old.Not the only one I guess
