Im not to good Leftie.
Over the past few days/nights I've had awful sleep patterns.
I go to bed at 11.30pm and Im still up and about till after 1AM. Sleep in my wheelchair or sleep on est/recliner and waking at stoopid times:(
Im getting frustrated and annoyed.
I need my beauty sleep. Im knaquered all through the day:(
