Simply this site is corrupt... the majority of people who use it are genuine, but can easily be duped by carefully worded sentencing that implies that the seller is auctioning a potentially sought after item including a picture or picture's added that breaches copyright.
In my opinion ebay favours not the little man who has few brownie points but the SELLER who has most!.but not necessarily the ideal person to buy from... almost on a par with McDonalds where the workers are pitted against each other to earn a progressive coloured star.
I hear you cry out loud how can this be!.. Well all i can say here is that i was preparing to insert a book called James Chalmers inventor of the adhesive postage stamp and did see copyright irregularities on ebay that this site ignores.
All of the above is my opinion only but i feel i am right to say so after all even a broken clock is right twice a day!.
