"Watched" blue bar not appearing until I refresh the page.

Starting last weekend, when I open any item and click "watch this item" watch is activated, because the box changes from "watch this item" to "add to list", but the blue bar does not appear at the top of the item page until I manually refresh the page. It used to appear immediately after I clicked "watch this item".

Another recent annoyance. Any ideas why it is happening?

I tried watching an item on FireFox 125.0.3 and Chrome 124.0.6367.92 on Win10 and the blue bar can on without any problems.  Please can you mention the platform and versions so we can try to replicate. 

In the meantime I'd check your browser has no pending updates and I'm sure you have tried flushing your cache and accessing via a private mode in case it is due to out-dated cache files.

Since last Wednesday there are endless post appearing both on ebay.uk & ebay.com about people not able to do anything on ebay, buy, bid, put items in basket, error links, not able to look at more then the first picture  & lost of more.

Apparently ebay failed to test their new updates on different browsers & operating system since users worldwide are experiencing multiple problems with the site.
