Hi there,
I've recently upgraded to a new phone, and the eBay app isn't working correctly (see screenshot)
I have tried the following, with no success:
- clear cache
- clear data
- uninstall app
- restart phone
- reinstall app
- checking for updates
I am also unable to login on the app, but everything works fine on browser (can't screenshot, but error message just says "technical problem, please try again later)
I'm on android 14, Honor 200 pro

I managed to find a workaround
Download the eBay app from your app store, enable all permissions, then delete the app
Then go onto your mobile web browser, and login to eBay on there
You may or may not get a trust this device notification
Then with you logged in, click the get eBay app button in the browser and install the app from there
I have no idea why this works, but it did for me

Just tried that workaround but still comes back with the same error

You have to download it from the honor app store not play store worked for me hope this helps if you've not sorted it.

I have the same issue with Android twelve. I only recently upgraded too and have had nothing but problems.
