eBay added stock to some item we had out of stock on 0

We have had several items that have been on zero and some how they have been updated with stock and items sold that we did not have, we refunded the customers straight away, however we have lost our top rated badge that we have worked dam hard for, and unable to contact anyone at eBay as contact us is of no use.  This is a business account that we have held for a long time.  Please can anyone advise how to contact eBay, is there any way of viewing all items that have had stock added, we have over 1000 listings, I have gone through what I can and found more items that needed to be put back on zero.

I’m having the same, my items with 0 on them as was waiting for an order to arrive so coukd refill stock, have been bought. I certainly did not put a purse back into stock. So I’ve refunded.

Try and call ebsy at 8am as you will get Ireland 

 

Go to https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home and it will take you to where you want to go

eBay added stock to some item we had out of stock on 0

Thank you for your responses, I managed to get through to eBay after working my way through the virtual assistant and asking to speak to someone (it worked), they called back.  I talked to a lovely chap who understood what I was saying, he spoke to another department, after some time, he came back to me and advised a ticket has been raised for IT to check what has happened and was going to try and get our top listing badge back also.  So we will have to wait and see.
