Bank accounts can only be verified once, so if you are being asked to verify a bank account, it would be because a new bank account was added and the old one was removed.
I was checking for you there, and you don't seem to have a bank account on file, which is why we are requesting you to add one, so you can get paid. Eventually, you would need to verify that bank account as well. To add your bank account, you can click on the red banner that was placed in your account, and follow the instructions. Please make sure to add your bank account details, and not your card number as they may be different. Once you do that, you can get paid no problem through the bank account you added to your eBay account.
Please note that some bank accounts are not valid, and you can only use current accounts, as savings account cannot be added. If you keep getting the invalid details meesage, there might be a field where the information is not correct, so we'd recommend to double check all the info entered.

So, one thing would be adding your bank account, and then verifying after it being added, would be a different thing.
I would recommend adding your bank account first, and if you struggle to verify it after you add it, let me know and I can look into it for you no problem. Now, if the problem is that you are not able to add the bank account, please let me know what bank you're with, and I will take a further look.
