Right I orders a cavan steps with handle this was 2 moths ago. And I ha e been chasing ever since I had a text to say it's been delivered but I have not received it why not not happy about this at all

'That's suprising.  What sort of business doesn't have a complaints department?' 
The type that becomes too big for its boots and wants as little criticism from its users as possible but to also save money on directing user complaints and questions to the "Ask the community" which is literally passing the book, The site is nosediving to the oblivion! The pathetic postage changes where users cant custom charge postage anymore, you try to reach out to ebay and its all "Ask the community" cause ebay dont want to deal with it all....someone needs to buy this site out and start sacking those at the top!.

I have a complaint. I made an order and found something better and cheaper and cancelled my order within 5 minutes. Only for me to see the next day that my cancellation was declined reason being the seller has posted the item almost 24hrs after I cancelled

A buyer can ask for an order to be cancelled,  but the seller does not have to oblige.

 

What is their Return policy?  If on their listing they do accept returns,  you can send the item back   for a refund, for the reason ... change of mind,  but you will have to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

I guess you also go up and down the high street, buying things, then finding them cheaper in a nearby shop and returning to demand your money back.  Shops love this.
