can't print labels so sent recorded and now receiving warnings

I mistakenly used the simple posting, as I was not at home I could not print the labels so my sales have been sent tracked by Royal mail, I am now receiving warnings from ebay and don't know how to contact them to tell them they have been sent and received and also no way of adding a tracking number, I will also want my payment as well.

Ho to I contact them or rectify the problem please

eBay have to change the tracking number for the items.   You can contact them using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

In future you can opt out of Simple Delivery.   Select Custom Postage under the Delivery Details heading during the listing or revising process.    If you're not seeing that click on "Switch to advanced options" at the bottom.
