Hi, I record a videos on my iphone and then upload it to the relevant draft listing using safari on the phone. For some reason for the past few days the upload sticks at 1% and nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks In Avance, Gavin

I have had the same problem for the past week and would be really interested to know if you have solved it? I can do it from Android and PC but I have tried two iPhones and neither now work, I have been uploading 50 videos a week until now so something has changed ! Thanks 🙂

I've had this problem for the last 2 years - eBay are indifferent and never address this issue of only a tiny 150mb video file allowed - We are supposed to do their dirty work and use an online video compressor tool to shrink the video file size to the tiny 150mb they graciously allow ! 😞
Sometimes you have to use the video compression tool up to 3 times to get your .mp4 video down to a size just BELOW the 150mb limit before it will upload to your eBay listing, It seems that there is a 10 minute timer so you need your video to be small enough to upload with SPEED otherwise eBay will TIME YOUR UPLOAD OUT ! and you will get "Video failed to upload" in red writing !
Hope this helps.
